Although assessments can be used as a stand-alone exercise or event, the feedback is most impactful when incorporated into a 1:1 coaching engagement, a group coaching session, an instrument debrief, and/or used to enhance an executive offsite or transformational change project where it is critical to align team members for a successful outcome.
